Samburu

Samburu County is located in the former Rift Valley Province in northern Kenya. The county stretches from Wuaso Ng’iro River to the south of Lake Turkana.

Samburu is home to the Turkana and Samburu people, famously known for their unique culture and semi-nomadic pastoralist lifestyle. Towns found in Samburu County include; Maralal (the capital and largest town), Baragoi, Archers Post, South Horr, Wamba, Lodosoit, and Kisima.
